I had been worried to hire moving company because there are so many reviews saying bad service of moving company. However, Modesto and (super) Mario offered great moving service!! Bottom line! They were on time (respond on txt msg immediately) and costs are exactly same as we talked before moving. We did not get any one scratch on furniture and they finished on time. This is an honest, unsolicited testimony. I have used Modesto and Express Wagon Moving Company 3 times, and every time it has been a fantastic experience. Modesto and his crew are experts in moving and setting up. He offers the best pricing in town, and is very trustworthy, reliable and safe. This company gets the job done within a very reasonable amount of time and provide the perfect moving experience. This past summer (2019) while moving, Modesto and crew got all our stuff moved, however I wasn’t able to get everything moved on move day due to a family emergency. I called Modesto the next morning and he very graciously came later that day despite his hectic schedule to help us finish the move. He even helped with some packing and unpacking of items without being asked, and helped with some minor reorganization of our furniture. He has all the tools necessary to dismantle and re-assemble anything without any instructions. Modesto and his guys are courteous and extremely professional. You will have no problems using this moving company for all your moving needs. They are in my humble opinion the best at what they do and go above and beyond. Excellent experience! Very reasonable price for the level of service I received. I have never had a better move. They were punctual and very fast. They didn't just dump things in a room without asking where they should go and they asked questions, asking if something was fragile in a box etc. Modesto and his crew were extremely courteous and polite. They were very attentive and extremely careful with my things. They went above and beyond, I am extremely impressed. I will definitely be using them again without hesitation. I needed a quick move and called Express Wagon Moving Company after finding them on the Better Business Bureau website. They arrived on time, worked very quickly and provided professional service. Modesto was polite and quick to respond even sent me a text the morning of the move to confirm their arrival time. Their prices were very reasonable for the small move.
